Looking Back, Looking Ahead

Despite a slower art market in 2024, it’s been a productive and exciting year as an art advisor. As we move into 2025, I continue to be deeply grateful for your trust and support.

This year, I launched Select Advisory, a new service tailored for seasoned collectors who prefer to manage their own acquisitions but seek expert guidance on critical decisions. From due diligence and deal evaluation to negotiation support, this service helps collectors approach transactions with confidence. If this sounds relevant to you or someone in your network, I’d be delighted to discuss further.

I also welcomed several new clients and assisted long-standing collectors in thoughtfully expanding their collections. Additionally, I facilitated clients deaccessioning efforts through private sales, auction consignments, and museum donations, helping to refine their collections for long-term success.

The year wrapped up with Art Basel Miami Beach, a whirlwind of fairs, events, and client acquisitions. During that week, I participated in a panel discussion with Fredrik Eklund of TV’s Million Dollar Listing and interior designer Deborah Wecselman. We explored how art and design elevate high-end residential properties. I’m also excited to continue sharing my expertise in upcoming panels, including one with Uovo, Risk Strategies, and ArtCare Conservation focused on protecting art collections in South Florida.

Looking ahead, I’m excited for the opportunities 2025 offers and for the chance to guide clients at several key international art fairs. Here’s where I’ll be in the next six months:

  • February 5–9: Zona Maco, Mexico City
  • February 20–23: Frieze Los Angeles
  • March 5–9: Arco Madrid
  • April 10–13: Dallas Art Fair
  • April 24–27: EXPO Chicago
  • May 7–11: Frieze New York
  • May 8–11: TEFAF, NADA, and Independent, New York
  • June 17–22: Art Basel, Basel

Thank you once again for being a part of this journey. I look forward to what we can accomplish together in 2025!
